It started on thursday, 39′ fever and remain untill sunday morning 40′ fever. I took paracetamol only these 3 days, each time i take paracetamol my temperature comes back to normal for 4 hours and than goes back to 40 again, in this interval i get sweat like hell, i had also a dry flu. I wasnt eating as usual, i was eating less. I slept the 3 days at 5 AM and woke up at 9 AM. Just because you have a fever, it doesn’t mean you have influenza. Influenza has a lot of other symptoms — body aches, chills, and headache in particular. Fever, sweating, reduced appetite, and the other symptoms you describe are not diagnostic of influenza.
You do have *something* — you should go to your doctor to find out what.
