		<description>All these situations can cause spillage of bacteria into the blood stream. Through the blood stream it may reach to damaged heart structures and lodge there. If bacteria multiply in damaged heart structures, it leads an infection of the heart which needs prolonged antibiotic treatment. This can be prevented to a certain extent by the precautions which you mentioned.</description>
