Nobody like to be sick

I’ve been sick since about 5 days ago and I have only been receiving mild signs of recovery. Luckily I have the week off from work, but I’m also a full time student.

I went in to a class today and I was hot, sweaty, and out of breath the whole time (hour and a half ahh!) and I need to go to class tommorow too, and finals coming up.

Colds, flus, fevers cannot be cured but can anyone give me a solid way to treat the symptoms of this flu?

A bird fell from its nest, can you save the baby bird?
The nest it fell from can not be reached, however, there is another nest close by that I can reach with baby birds in it… can I put this baby bird in another nest?

My daughter is only 9 years old and our family doctor is insisting that she get vaccinated for sexually transmitted diseases. They say you need a series of 3 shots at $150 a shot and most insurance does not cover this. Why are they trying to scare us and why would my little girl who still plays with barbie dolls want to have ***? Its all about money and im sick of it! If you do a little research on this you will see that 3 girls died after getting the vaccine and 10 got seriously sick and were hospitalized. And the vaccine does not protect you totally you can still get an STD and get sick!

It’s taken my husband longer than just 24 hours. He has a lot of mucous in the back of his throat too.

I currently have..
a cough
an upset stomach
a 102.8 fever
a headache
and a stuffy nose.
Do I have the flu or a bad cold??

UPDATE:
hi ladies just watnted to update you gals.

well ladies this morning as we were on are way to church i started to have really bad gas pains that almost felt like cramps.

well during church all of the sudden i started to feel wet like my period had just came on. well when we got home now thank GOD !! =) it wasn’t even my period it was just discharge. thats why i felt so wet. it felt like i had wet my pants in church. all i was thinking is crap! i think AF has just started and i don’t have any thing to protect me.

need in mind i had supplies in my purse just failed to use one before we left.

just wanted to say everything is a okay for right now. im just going to wait til wed to see if she shows up.

people said that i ovulated on the 28th of march and we did are thing the 27th and 29th. so im not a day late yet. i did have a bad menstraul cramp on the 9th of april but thats all i have been having.

i been having a lot of gas also. and i have been drinking lots of water and im usually don’t drink a lot of water.

my last cycle was march 14 - 19th.

i have a cycle that averages between 31 - 33 days.

i think i ovulated on the 1st of april had clear and watery looking mucus and was dry the next day no mucus. (april 2nd).

i had egg white mucus the 29th and 30th of march and creamy the 31st of march.

all i have right now is like pms symptoms minus the cramps and backache.

my symptoms are:

tired
eating lots
breasts feel heavy
bloated
constipated
creamy mucus
face broke out but is now clearing up
headaches

i had *** the 23, 25, 27, 29th of march and april 1st.

the only thing is that i don’t know why im not getting any cramps.

im usually having bad cramps by now. i had a cramp the 9th of april and that’s it. it felt like a period cramp for a few hours and then went away.

i think i came down with the flu cause from the 3 - 6th of april i had diarrhea. anything i ate it just went right through me.

i remember telling myself on the 6th that i think im coming down with something.

i have been constipated since then. ( 7th ). now im going every 2 -3 days # 2,

just wanted to know what my chances are of being pregnant with these symptoms.

hubby and i have been trying for 16 months !

i cried.i have never experienced this ever i took painkillers for the pain but it didnt go away.what exactly happened to me.doctors please answer this question or someone who really knows about this.

Let me start by saying I have already decided to take her to my avian vet, but would like other opinions as well. I have had her almost a year and she doesn’t step-up on command. She had a bad wing clip job shortly after I got her. Needless to say we had multiple broken blood feathers and I decided to wait on training the “step-up” command due to her repeatedly knicking the wound. Now they are ggrownback out and I working on the command. I am torn as to whether or not to clip her feathers again, at the vet of course. Second, she is very resistant, not aaggressive but I literally chase her around the cage using the “step-up” command. Is the okay? My Avian Vet told me, at the time, to keep trying even though she kept getting hurt. That really didn’t make sense to me, so I decided to let her heal. She said that I sould “chase” her arounf firmly saying the command for about 15 seconds, then stop and walk away, this did not work. Any suggestions? She does take treats, lets me rub her foot and beak. I am at a loss, my Lorikeet was so much easier. Thanks.
She will step onto my shoulder as well as my dad’s. She has improved tremendously since I have gotten her, this is the only thing that we haven’t gotten worked out.
The stick method doesn’t work either, nor does wearing a glove, or using a towel. Her wings are grown out at the moment. I don’t know if Imetioned it already, but she will give me five. She came from a breeder, which I did not meet. In the future, I will meet the breeder and not buy out of state. She plays on the top of her cage all the time, she comes out immediatley after I open the door. She even gives me kisses. Everything has progressed and is good except for the steppping up. If she happens to be on the floor I can sometimes get her to step-up, but I have to hold her feet so that she cannot get away. She does hiss a little, but not much. I used to think that she was very scared, but now I am wondering if she isn’t just being stubborn. I guess only time will tell.

I think i have the flu or the cold. Ive got a headache, vomited last night, a cough, running nose, felt cold + tired a few days ago, Now I have a tooth ache on both sides of my mouth. Is this another symptom of the flu? Oh and I can also not really taste anything
