Any tips for building yourself back up after having the flu?

I’ve had the flu or a cold for about a month now and am just exhausted all the time. It’s getting better now (the only symptom left now is a wicked cough) but I still am having a really time getting built back up physically. I used to walk several miles a day and now get winded walking through the grocery store. Any tips, homeopathic remedies or advice?

this is day 5 of my sickness, if you will..
2 Commentsstuffed up nose, blowing it like a gazillion times a day- mostly clear but occasional yellow discharge.
dry cough alternated with wet cough with phlegm so thick i cant get it up and feel like im going to choke on it…
achy.
no fever, chills, chest pain, but also bouts of laryngitis & dry mouth

Why am I always sick?

I had a cold which turned into a sinus infection. After finishing up my antibiotics, I got the stomach flu. Now I have a cold/congested again!!!! What should I do? I eat pretty healthy which includes a lot of fruits.

i have had the flu for 4 days now, these are my symptoms
i have a dry cough
and lk a mucus cough
my head is throbbing
when i turn my head or use my eyes to look around it pounds harder
im getting the chills all the time
i have a rlly runny nose
im sneezing a lot

I’ve all the cold stuff, sneezing, dripping nose, aches.and feeling like crap. However, when I go to bed I get a fever and shiver all night. Its been 4 days now..no fever during the day..been home from work 2 days now..is it the flu or a bad cold?..I did have a flu shot in October of this year

I noticed that I barely get sick. I rarely get a flu or a cold, once every 2 years. And no headaches or any kind of aches.

I run races in half marathon, and marathon and I want the avoid the risk of illnesses, flu, cold, for don´t use the clothes than protect to me of the weather correctly.

For about three days now I have felt like crud. I have like a 99.3 fever and I have a stuffy nose and a stomach ache and my head kind of hurts. Yesterday and the day before I had a very sore throat..is this the flu or a bad cold?
