Why do women say they thought they had the flu., after finding out?

that they’re pregnant !!! Flu symptoms are nothing like pregnancy symptoms !!!! I too am trying to concieve…,,,,,and started having flu like symptoms … every part of me was achy…even my gums… about a week after having ***….., but i haven’t associated it with pregnancy…. I haven’t missed a period yet… (due this Sunday). Could this really be a symptom that I am pregnant???

Flu transforming into Bronchitis? how does that happen?

Ok, sunday and monday i had flu like symptoms, feeling very very horrible. now its tuesday and i now have Bronchitis with a bad dry irritating cough. why did it transform, or is it still the flu? please help. and should i go to school tmrw?

I am on Lutera birth control, and was taking amoxicilin at the time, i had my last period in feburary the begining of it, and I have not had my period since. I do have some cramping, and have been gasey, i also have been tired alot, and about 2 weeks after my period i spotted and then i had flu like symptoms.
I took a generic pregnancy test this morning and it came back negative, could it be becuase im still taking the birthcontrol?
or could i be pregnant?
Im also having a bit more of a discharge.
I have Missed my period this month.

I think I might be pregnant and im SCARED! Please Help?

ok soooo I had my period and was just ending it and then I had unprotected on Aug 15 and then took the morning after pill about 24 hours later. And then about 4 or 5 days later I had my period but it was very light. I then had unprotect again around Aug 25 but did not take the pill cause he didnt *** inside me. and now Im having Very sore ******* and ******* and having flu like symptoms!! I always get sore ******* before my period but never after! Im freaking out. I also took at pregnancy test around Aug 26 and it came out negative! I know it was REALLY dumb to have unprotected but Im freaking out!

Has anyone had flu like symptoms from prozac?

My husband started taking prozac and he was doing fine then he ran out and didn’t take them for like 3 days he started taking them again and he is haveing flu like symtoms and headaches and stomach cramps. Has anyone else had any similar expirences. He is going to stop taking it, how long does it take to get out of your system.

i was recently worrying over some actions of mine. I was basically in a state of paranoia where I kept attributing everything to my actions. I started experiencing all these symptoms, which freaked me out even more. The latest was flu like symptoms when i was going to bed: chills, drop in temperature, sweats, hotflashes, dry throat, and stuffy nose.

Is it implantation bleeding?

My boyfriend and I had a pregnancy scare a few days back when I started having flu like symptoms (which I’m still having) My question is, is it possible that since I started 2 to 3 days early and my period usually lasts 4 to 7 days that I could be having implantation bleeding? I mean, My period is over, it lasted about 48 hours and that I know is not usual. The ‘period’ started out light, turned heavy then went back to light before there was nothing. So I kind of want to know if there is a possibility here that it could be implantation bleeding because I know I took a pregnancy test the day of my early ‘period’ before I started bleeding and it was faintly positive.

Before the symptoms appeared, she used my phone, my computer, my bathroom, and about everything else in here. I have not had my shot yet, this year–if I catch it–I’ll be sick for 2 months!!

my 13 year old brother had a seizure?

my 13 year old brother was experiencing flu like symptoms and lower back pain then suddenly the left side of his face was paralyzed and his arms were flailing/twitching and he couldn’t talk and was making strange noises.
We obviously called 911 and is being checked out by a doctor but I was wondering if anyone has experienced similiar symptoms or had a child or family member/friend that has.
