My throat hurt for like a week, then it stopped.
Now I have a runny nose, I sneeze a lot and my eyes hurt.
What should I do to get rid of this?

I am at work without a thermometer. This morning I woke up with a runny nose and was cold at work until about 10:15 when I took a walk outside. Then I got cold again at 3:00 and at 3:30 began sweating. I have been in the same office the whole time. Do you think I have a fever?

I woke up this morning with a sore throat and a runny nose, the begining of a cold. I get sick a lot so this isn’t odd, but I’m going to my friend’s 18th birthday party this Saturday and I don’t want to miss it.
Does anybody know how I can stop my cold before it goes any further? Or, something that will stop my symptoms for a while will do good as well.

I am sitting here a sniffin,
I have a rotten cold.
The flue jab, given for nuffin,
“No flue” I had been told.
My wife she sits a smirkin,
no flue jab did she get.
No runny nose, no coughing,
as she surfs the bloomin’ net.
Eye’s are bleary, body all hot,
paper hankies please.
Flue jabs, well I’ll tell yer wot,
-oh heck, I’m gonna sneeze.
I’ve sneezed on my computer,
shot flue germs everywhere.
Oh Robert you silly submitter,
giving flue to friends out there.
What will they think of you
when they begin to wheeze.
Oh there’ll be a great to-do,
as they sneeze and sneeze and sneeze.
Oh I tink I’m goin’ t’die,
an’ I’b talkin’ down by dose
So in by bed I’ll lie,
an’ when I’b gone, upon by chest
just place a lubly rose.
Not that I could smell it.
Just had to sneak one in to say that I was still around.
Robert

I have a little concern here, my son had a stomach flu a month a half ago. It took him a week to recover. 4 weeks he has been very good eating and playing and all healthy,,, sleeping well too and now he got a runny nose from the last two days. What am I doing wrong that he is getting sick. I disinfect the house, give him proper diet and everything , he sleeps properly too but then again he get sick..Is there anything missing that I am not aware of.Please help me out.My biggest concern is that his grand dad is going to visit us in a weeek time. HE was out of town and will be seeing his grand son after 4 months. My little one I am afraid will loose some weight and then his grand dad would make a comment that oh he is getting thinner.. or week or some thing like that. He probably would think that I am not taking good care of him or some thing.

I’ve got a mild cold that won’t go away for about 4 weeks. The symptoms almost stop and than reappear. There is a cycle of sore throat, runny nose alleviating and returning. What could be the cause and how do iget rid of it? Thanks!

I’ve never had a dog with any of the symptoms like a runny nose or chills or lethargy or vomiting (unless they ate something bad). Can they get those types of sicknesses like we humans get?

It started a few days ago, was traveling back from the UK on a cold plane (11 hours). I had a little diarrhea the first night, then that went away and I had achy muscles and a headache. Took Tylenol and Advil then woke up with a sore throat. Now it is really too painful to eat and even drinking water, or swallowing the saliva in my mouth causes me to wince with pain. I am a 39 year old adult with a relatively high pain tolerance. Wondering if this is a form of strep or tonsilitis. The pain is mostly on the right side of my throat and I can feel those glands are quite swollen. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
